At our place, Paintball is different! We use special ammo and equipment that makes for a perfect first time experience! Adults, teenagers, and even kids as young as 6 can enjoy Paintball- Most people equate it to a rubber band pop, and if that's still too much, check out Gellyball or NERF Parties!

Our paintballs are made with non-staining, water based paint, which will wash out of clothes (and hair) with just a little water! Being that this is an outdoor activity, you can get as dirty as you choose- grass or mud stains are possible and a change of clothes is never a bad idea.

YES. Any outside food or beverage is allowed, or you can grill out on-site!

Light, loose-fitting clothing with as much coverage as possible with layers as necessary for weather. Closed toe shoes are required.

At Central Alabama Paintball we strive to provide a great experience catered to newer players- Remember, most people have never played paintball!

In that interest, we do not allow outside/personally owned paintball markers or paintballs to be used at our facility. We utilize high end, well maintained rental equipment and Low-Impact Paintballs to create a fair and level playing field, designed enjoyable for all players!

A paintball is mostly a gelatin ball, which is filled with cornstarch, food coloring, and mineral oil. They are water based,  and guaranteed not to stain clothing. Our park only uses paintballs are non-toxic and biodegradable and come in a bright color, so you can see what you hit! Each paintball used at Alabama Paintball Park, is manufactured exclusively to our specifications for maximum performance. No outside paintballs allowed in the park.

Paintball is played year around on our outdoor playing fields. Paintball is a game played between two opposing teams who are trying to capture each other's flag and return it to the flag station. The only catch to all this is, you have to do this without getting zapped by a paintball. Of course, you DO get to shoot back with your paintball marker. Once you have been zapped you are out for that game. Do not be concerned because games last anywhere from 3-10 minutes depending on the format of the game and the number of players on the field.

Paintball is one of the only sports were men, women, and children can compete on a level playing field. Thanks to our Low-Impact paintballs, the game is great for players age 6 and up- nerf and Gellyball parties are available for younger players. You will see all walks life playing paintball from children to their mom and dad- Even grandparents! Any physical type can play paintball too- You do not have to be a track or football star to be good at this game.

Move around while keeping your eyes open is the best tip for playing paintball. Many players make a great play and then quickly get eliminated because they were not looking around. Be alert and never focus too much on one thing. Don't keep zipping paintballs at the same guy behind the bunker or tree over and over again. Move on and surprise him from the side or another angle. Most importantly, be honest, if you get hit and see the splat on you, please raise your hand and exit the game. There is always another game to redeem yourself.
